The capability map reconciled with the sprint tracker: every sprint's ticket list, counts and MVP / fast-follow / later tags now match the tracker ticket-for-ticket, including the Planning block and the Fast Track (FT-1 to FT-6) and Later (L-1 to L-7) sprints. 528 tickets across 37 sprints, with all dependencies wired up.
